Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has filed a class-action lawsuit against President Obama, spurred by Edward Snowden's public disclosure of NSA spying last year. His colleague in the Senate, Chuck Schumer, told Fusion's Jorge Ramos "since our constitution was founded our founding fathers had a great debate between liberty and security and you have to have both. I do think we have to move a little bit on the liberty side...But the wholesale elimination of the program leaves us too naked in terms of security."
