Three Inmates in Puerto Rico Tweet About Life in Prison

The Puerto Rico Department of Corrections is allowing three inmates to tweet about their life in prison in an effort to curb rising crime on the island. In 2011 alone, there were more than 1,000 homicides, according to The Associated Press.

The account, @FollowtunFollow, has been active since December 4 and already has more than 9,000 followers and counting. In the video above, they explain why they do this.
