What does “sign in” mean?

Not so much what does “sign in” mean but how do you sign in. If you pay your bill online or check your statement online, you’ll need to use that same username and password. All you do is select your TV provider from the list, type it in and you’re set.

What if I don’t have a username and password?

No biggie. Go to your TV provider’s website and register for a username and password; you’ll probably need your account number. You can always call them for more info, too.

Why do I have to sign in to watch?

We just need to know that you’re signed up with a TV provider. The good thing is this you’ll only have to do this once (per player you’re using) and you’ll be good to go.

Is there an additional cost to watch?

Nope. It’s free 99.

How can I find out if my TV provider is participating? What if they aren’t participating yet?

When you go to the WATCH FUSION app/channel and go to sign in, you’ll see a list of TV providers. If yours isn’t listed, know that we’re working on it so keep checking back.

Also, if you have Comcast or Spectrum you should definitely post on their Facebook wall or tweet at them that you want to #GetFUSION.

When I’m watching live on the player, why doesn’t the programming match what’s on my TV?

Because sometimes that’s just how it goes. There are a lot of reasons and details we won’t bore you with but know that it can happen from time to time and we promise if we have to swap something out, we’ll make it equally great.

I forgot my username and password. What should I do?

So. Many. Passwords. Happens to us all the time. Go to the account login page on your TV provider’s website and look for something along the lines of “forgot password”.

What if my TV provider and Internet provider aren’t the same? Which one do I use?

Congrats for being able to keep track of all that. When you verify use the info for your TV provider.

How do I sign in with my TV provider?

Just select your provider from the list, sign in using your username and password, and start watching!

Does FUSION use my personal or TV provider account information?

Privacy is kind of a big deal. That’s why we have a whole policy about it that you can learn about here.

Do I have to sign in every time I use the app?

The short answer is no, but check your TV provider’s website to get the full deets as the length of time may vary.

How do I sign out?

Even though it feels like a trick question, it’s not. Just click on the log out/sign out.

Can I access FUSION outside of the US? And what if I’m traveling or away from home?
