A federal judge disagrees. This May, he found the Arizona sheriff culpable of singling out Latinos in traffic stops.

Fusion’s Jorge Ramos traveled to Arizona last month to ask Arpaio about racial profiling.

Check out this clip -- Ramos asks the sheriff if his deputies would arrest someone just because they think the person is in the country without legal status.

The full interview will be out after Fusion launches on October 28.
