How scared should we be about Ebola in the U.S.?

The Ebola outbreak keeps spreading. With more than 3,000 deaths and over 7,000 reported cases, the international community is scrambling to control the threat. Even though the true crisis is in West Africa, the U.S. is on high alert after Thomas Eric Duncan became the first Ebola patient to be diagnosed with the disease on American soil.
