Hong Kong students: Umbrella Movement "is changing" but isn't over yet
Pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong are now into their second week. But the city’s number of young protesters on the streets have noticeably decreased – from tens of thousands to just several hundred.
Why the change? Many young protesters have returned to their jobs and schools. Student leaders have also agreed to begin formal talks with the government on Friday to discuss political reform.
Do these changes signal the end of the Umbrella Movement? Will the protests bring about real change?
