How South Florida successfully combated its Flakka problem

In April, South Florida officials said they successfully wiped out the Flakka problem on the streets. The synthetic drug ravaged the area last summer claiming the lives of 63 people in Fort Lauderdale alone. Drug Wars was there as law enforcement worked around the clock to eliminate the popular drug.
